Annual Cortland Rotary Golf Classic & Super Golf Raffle

The Rotary Club of Cortland will host its Annual Golf Classic, along with an expanded Super Golf Raffle, on July 27th, at Tamer Win Golf & Country Club.  The Golf Classic will be a four-person scramble and kick off with a 12:00 Noon shotgun start.  Cortland Banks has graciously stepped up once again to be the primary co-sponsor of this popular annual community fund raiser and golf event.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic help support a variety Cortland Rotary's annual community service projects and activities.  Some of these include the Rotary Internationals Youth Exchange Program, Rotary's Reading Through Literacy Project, Cortland Rotary Park Maintenance and Renovations, the Poorest of the Poor Clothing Drive, Cortland Area Cares Food Pantry, and a variety of Scholastic, Band and Athletic Projects within the Lakeview School District and humanitarian needs within the community.

Cortland Rotary's popular Super Golf Classic Raffle will again include multiple chances to win a Golf Package from several top courses and country clubs within and outside the area.  The Raffle has been expanded this year to include Dinner Packages from several fine area restaurants.  Raffle Tickets are available at $5 each or 6 for $20 through any member of Cortland Rotary and winners need not be present.

Individual and Corporate Sponsorships have also been expanded and are being sought to support the Cortland Rotary Golf Classic fundraiser, ranging from $50 to $400.  Individual Player Entries remain at $75 each and include 18 holes of golf; cart; mulligans; skins game; lunch and refreshments on the course; door prizes and closing dinner.
